Kelsey is a passionate Nutrition Assistant who joined the 7.7 Nutrition team in April 2025, bringing with her a strong foundation in Business and a deep commitment to health and wellness. With a rich background across various fields, including retail, banking, real estate appraisal, and senior living, Kelsey has developed excellent communication skills and a knack for building meaningful relationships. Her diverse experiences have equipped her with the ability to support both our Nutritionists and clients effectively, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys exploring her creative side with her Cricut machine, roller skating, and embarking on culinary adventures with friends at new restaurants and local shops. She believes in the importance of balance and community, and she is excited to help others on their journey to better health.
