Dr. Rolando Alvarez, MD, MS, is a highly regarded Age Management Medicine physician and a Medical Director at 7.7 Nutrition, with a strong clinical background in internal and nuclear medicine.
Dr. Alvarez’s expertise lies in advanced anti-aging protocols, including peptide therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), nutraceutical support, and evidence-based dietary strategies tailored to optimize metabolic health, energy, and longevity. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Miami and completed his Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Barry University. After receiving his medical degree from St. George’s University, he pursued residency training in Internal Medicine and later completed a prestigious fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at the University of Michigan. He is board certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine and certified in Age Management Medicine by the Cenegenics® Medical Institute, where he also completed fellowship training.
