Ashley Azzo

Ashley is a dedicated nutrition professional with a passion for helping individuals improve their
health through sustainable lifestyle and nutrition choices. She believes that food plays a
powerful role in overall well-being and is committed to making nutrition knowledge accessible,
practical, and empowering for the people she works with.
Ashley earned her Master of Science in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University, where she
completed comprehensive training that included clinical nutrition internships. Through this
experience, she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition, medical nutrition
therapy, and patient-centered care. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Registered
Dietitian (RD) credentials as she continues advancing her professional expertise.
Her professional interests focus on promoting long-term physical health through balanced
nutrition, mindful habits, and realistic lifestyle strategies. Ashley is passionate about educating
others on how small, consistent changes can create meaningful improvements in overall health.
Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and is a proud aunt to
four nieces and nephews, who inspire her to promote healthy habits for future generations. Her
warm, supportive approach helps clients feel comfortable while working toward their personal
health goals.
