Noor is a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist, Licensed Personal Trainer, and women’s
health researcher dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting health through personalized,
evidence based nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
Her passion for holistic health is deeply personal. Noor’s journey began while witnessing her
mother battle thyroid cancer and her father face pancreatic cancer. As their conditions
progressed, she recognized the profound impact that nutrition, lifestyle habits, and preventative
care can have on overall health outcomes. Experiencing this firsthand shaped her mission to
help others take control of their health before it reaches a critical point, and to support healing
through a more comprehensive, root cause approach.
With a background in nursing and extensive experience in health and fitness, Noor brings a
unique, integrative perspective to her work. She has conducted research alongside leading
endocrinologists, focusing on hormonal balance, metabolic health, and holistic approaches to
women’s wellness. This experience has strengthened her commitment to addressing the
underlying causes of symptoms rather than simply managing them.
Noor holds certifications in nutrition coaching, wellness coaching, and gut health nutrition,
allowing her to support clients through a well rounded lens that includes digestive health,
metabolic regulation, and lifestyle medicine. As a licensed personal trainer, she also integrates
strength training and functional movement into her programs, recognizing the powerful role that
physical activity plays in hormonal balance, metabolic health, and long term well being.
She specializes in creating personalized nutrition and wellness strategies that support gut
health, hormonal stability, and sustainable weight management, while emphasizing whole,
nutrient dense foods and realistic, balanced lifestyle habits.
